As the first commercially available perennial grain crop in the United States, intermediate wheatgrass Kernza(R) is a planet-friendly grain that has the capacity for substantially increased environmental and soil health benefits.  


In it's most productive form, Kernza lanted once every 4 years, without farm herbicides or pesticides, this 10' deep-roots super-grain rebuilds the soil, retains moisture, draws down carbon year-round, and turns into healthy, high protein, low gluten, low starch food and beverage products.
